Barry was born in Massachusetts on February 27, 1943. He grew up in Winthrop, Ma. Barry went to college at B.U. He worked for Sears Roebuck for 25 years, many of those as distribution manager until Sears closed that facility. He and Jayne then moved to Boca Raton. He owned two different businesses before he retired - a landscaping company and a well known sub shop that he bought from the previous owner.
He and Jayne would have celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary in June of this year. Barry is survived by Jayne, their son Christopher, daughter-in-law Allison and their grandchildren Cassidy, C.J. and Olivia. He was very proud of his family.
He was buried in a private funeral service. There will be a celebration of Barry's life when times are safer and those who knew him can gather safely. Until that time, if anyone would like to make a donation in his name, due to the wonderful care he was given during the last days of his life, make a donation to: Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, 5300 East Ave., WPB, Fl. 33407 - trustbridgefoundation.org.
More than anything else Barry will be remembered for who he was - a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend because he touched the lives of everyone who knew him. What a legacy to leave behind. He will always be in our hearts.
