Dale was born to Earl and Florence Hoffman on September 9, 1940 in York, Pennsylvania.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Bread; and brother Jerry Hoffman. He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Leisa Bennett, Linda Giordano, Michael Hoffman, Lois Holdsworth, Francis Hoffman, Kenneth Hoffman, and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 12-1 pm at Forest Lawn North Funeral Home with the services to follow at 1pm.
Interment to follow at Forest Lawn North Memorial Gardens.
