Frank was born in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Freida Willard on October 16, 1929. He went to school at Lane Tech College Prep High School. He married Dorothy Salkeld on October 4, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois. He worked as a plant assigner for the Bell Phone System for over 30 years. He was an usher at St. Henry’s Catholic Church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Freida Willard and his wife Dorothy Willard.
Frank is survived by his three children Theresa Nichols and husband David, James Willard and wife Linda, Sandra Stevenson and husband Rob. Four grandchildren, Joseph Nichols, Elizabeth Lyon, Colin Nichols and Jeffrey Willard and three great grandchildren, Jackson, Olivia and Gianna.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The visitation will be held on January 25, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home @ Forest Lawn Funeral Home, located at 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
The funeral service will follow on the same day from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the same venue.
A graveside service will take place on January 25, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home & Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 200 W Copans Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
A reception will be held on January 25, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Kraeer Funeral Home @ Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
