I am a very hard time with you not being here I miss you every day you were the only person I could take to about things I love you so much me writing this makes me feel that you are here with me only if I could see your loving face again mom I will always love you and miss you

We lost a great mother wife and sister she showed us how to love and be loved everyone she came in contact with felt her heart and love she was always their for you no matter what weather it was in good times or bad mom I just want to say I love you with all my heart and I miss you already

Janice has made a huge impact on my life. We first met when I was just ten or eleven years old and from that day she has been apart of my life ever since. As a teenager, I remember spending just about every weekend together. Whether it was all of us going out to a mall or spending time at the house or me sleeping on her couch, we always were together. As the years passed and I had children, Janice was still there for all of us. My children grew to love her as much as I have. I know there won't be a day that we all won't miss her. So, for now we have to say goodbye, but I know we'll see her again. Xoxo

Grandma, I couldn't be more proud, or more blessed, to be able to call you not only my grandmother, but also my best friend. I'll miss our Olive Garden dates, our 2 hour long Target trips, riding Splash Mountain while holding on to you for dear life, and our long talks about any and everything; but I'll miss your loving smile most of all. I'll miss your hugs, which seemed to melt all of my cares away. I'll miss your infectious laugh, which could always light up a room. The list of traits could go on forever, because there isn't a single thing about you that I won't miss every day for the rest of my life. I love you always.

I've known Janice and her siblings since I was a young girl. How do you say good bye to a beautiful, kind, loving, funny and sweet friend. Thank You for touching my life and leaving me with special memories of you. You will be missed so much by all who knew you. May your family always feel your angel wings when you are near. My deepest sympathies are with all of you now and in the days ahead.

To lose your mom is to lose a very close and loyal friend who has known and loved you all your life.

I remember the day I met Janice, in 1975.  Tommy took me to Janice and Ray's house to meet the family.  I was scared to death, but that scared feeling quickly went away.  Janice was warm and welcoming and we became fast friends from that day.  We got together daily for years just visiting and talking and walking and shopping.  I remember we wanted to start our own lawn mowing business...just silly ideas we had while passing time with her raising her little ones.  It was a sad time for us both when Tommy and I and our two children moved up north, but Janice and I stayed best friends.  We may not have spent a lot of time together over the next many many years, but we knew we were there for one another.  Janice had the best heart.  A big smile.  A wonderful laugh.  So much fun.  She was my role model as a Mom.  She was the Best Mom to her children and all of their friends.  And I could only hope to live up to her example.  I will love her forever. Colleen
