John F Deangelis Sr

DeAngelis, Sr., John F. 89 of Oakland Park, died on Friday, August 13, 2010. He was born to John Fran DeAngelis and Marie Parrillo on February 23, 1921 in East Orange, New Jersey. John was a proud active Veteran in the Army during WWII. He loved the action and fought proudly for our Country. He met Elsie Fontana DeAngelis of Oakland Park, FL, and was soon married they had one son, John F. DeAngelis, Jr of Oakland Park, FL he has two grandchildren; John F. DeAngelis, III and Suzanne Nicole DeAngelis, and many Nieces and Nephews,as well as, many dear family and friends all of whom will miss John dearly. May John rest in the peace with the Lord. The family has requested the visitation and Funeral Services be held on August 19, 2010 from 10:00a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with an 11:00 Funeral Service with Reverend Paul Hurst, officiating at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, 5555 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, Telephone (954) 771-8840. During the Funeral Services the Family requested that How Great Thou Art, Prayer of St. Francis, and Amazing Grace be sung and played by the organist.
