I worked with Larry for years, and thought him a wonderful interesting man. I loved his ties, and told him so many times.He was always kind and funny too, All of us who knew him and had the pleasure to work with him will miss him.

My heart weeps and an empty spot will forever remain for Larry, who was my good friend, co-worker, and confidante. I regret with great sadness not having the recent opportunity to get together with Larry, so we could resolve all the issues in the world, as well as the sheriff's office.....Go shepherd all those volunteers that have gone before you and make Paradise everything it is meant to be....Rest my friend....We shall meet again.

Patti: We worked in COP with Larry for many years and will miss him and even though we recently resigned we kept in touch with him. He was truly a joy to work with. Please accept our condolences and know he will always be remembered.

Larry Wolf was legendary in the Community Services Division of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.  In his mid-80's, it was not unusual for Larry to work 10 to 12 hours days, never failing to attend meetings with our volunteer units, comprised of 2,000 members.
His smile, his "corny" jokes always brought smiles to the many retirees who dedicated a large portion of their time to improving the quality of life for their communities. He loved giving gifts, many purchased by himself, to all he met.
A very successful business man, he brought his business acumen and his customer service expertise to the Sheriff's Office and shared that and his enthusiasm with all who served with him.  Larry was a dear friend and I will miss him deeply.
