Marie Rolande Pereira Juhre

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Marie Rolande Pereira Juhre, affectionately known as Maro, at the age of 81, in Germany on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. Maro was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on January 29, 1942.

She is survived by her devoted spouse, Frank Juhre, and leaves behind a legacy cherished by her three sisters, Jacqueline, Josette, and Paule. Her brothers, Roger, Robert, and Michel, along with numerous nieces and nephews, mourn her departure. The family expresses eternal gratitude to her caring husband, Frank, for his unwavering compassion for our beloved Maro in her final days.

Maro was not just a sister and friend but a beacon of kindness, love, and passion. Her zest for life, generosity, and profound love for music and dance will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. Her adventurous spirit and passion for travel led her to explore every corner of the world, eventually finding a home in Switzerland and Germany, where she lived for over two decades.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, to celebrate the remarkable life of Maro. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Memorial Celebration at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 1655 N. University Dr., Coral Springs, Florida 33071, at 2:30 p.m.
