

Mary Helen Miller was born in Centerburg, Ohio to John and Constance Ramey on July 10, 1939. Her dad fondly nicknamed her Tudy because he loved tootsie rolls so much. Her family called her Tudy from then on. She went to school at Centerburg Elementary, Middle and High School. She graduated from Cosmetology School in Winter Haven, Florida. She worked as a hairdresser, and owned several of her own salons for over 20 years. She married Brian Miller on July 10, 1985 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, John Alexis and Constance Elizabeth, her brothers, Thomas Edward and John Robert, her daughter, Sue Annette, grandson, Jevon Michael and stepson Scotty Miller.
Mary is survived by her husband, Brian, her daughter Lisa (wife-Lisa), son, Timmy (wife-Barbara), sisters Joyce Collette and Betty Ann Black, grandchildren, Jason, Brandon, Dillon, Paige, John and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
When she was young, Tudy loved to go roller skating with her sister Joyce. She loved to go to the beach and really loved day trips to the casino with Joyce and Lisa and Lisa. Mary loved to just hang out with her family and cook dinners. She loved going out to shoot pool and belonged to a pool team who often played in tournaments. She also would cut everyone’s hair well after she retired.
Celebration of Life will be 12:00-3:00pm Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Leisureville Clubhouse 2921 W. Golf Blvd. Pompano Beach.
The family of Mary Miller wishes to extend our sincere thanks to her niece Julie Collette, who was her main caregiver this past year, as well as, Vitas Home Health Care for their support and guidance with her care.
