Patricia M Russell

Born in Harlem , New York on June 7,1930 to James and Emma Ford , she was the third of four children James JR, Wallace and Barbara . Patricia was educated in New York, where she majored in clerical studies and graduated from Seward Park High school . Upon graduation Patricia worked in the jewelry district until she met her husband Andrew. Andrew and Patricia were married in 1950 where that union produced four children Mark, Adrienne, Kevin and Wanda. Patricia elected to be a homemaker and stay at home to raise her children, so that she could teach them the ways of the world and educate them on life. Having raised her children Patricia returned to the workforce, where she entered into a career at New York Telephone, now Verizon and worked there for 25 years until she retired in 1995. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Emma and James Ford, husband Andrew, her brothers Wallace and James Ford and her daughter Adrienne Russell (Clay).

Patricia is survived by her sons Mark and Kevin from New York, her daughter Wanda from Florida and her sister Barbara Sickles from Louisville, Kentucky. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren , Baron Russell , Janae Russell Goyco and Asia Russell, 7 great grandchildren , and a host of relatives , nieces , nephews , cousins and friends .. Patricia you are gone …but your memory will always dwell in our hearts…
