Penny Marie Poe

Penny Marie Witkus Poe, age 46, died peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2015, from a pulmonary embolism. Penny was born in Chippewa Falls, WI, on October 8, 1969. She was the daughter of Albert Witkus, Jim Falls, WI, and Cynthia Blanchard, Altoona, WI. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 1987 and later from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Business Administration. She is survived by her children, Dante and Istana, who were the center of her world. She volunteered at their school and was an active parent volunteer with her children's swim team.She is further survived by her parents Albert Witkus, Jim Falls, WI, and Cynthia Blanchard, Altoona, WI; her sisters Wendy (Matt) Quisling, Altoona, WI; Heidi (Jay) James, Eau Claire, WI; Amy (Ryan) Moore, Chippewa Falls, WI; and her grandmother Phyllis Carrell, Cornell, WI along with several nieces and nephews. Penny enjoyed traveling and visited many places around the world, living in Japan for a number of years. Penny will be missed by many. The visitation will be from 1-4 PM on Sunday, December 13, 2015, at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 200 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL. The funeral service will be at 4 PM with Pastor Ray Wehrenberg officiating at the Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 200 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL.
