Richard Rieger was born on June 5, 1947, in Youngstown, Ohio, to the late Gordon and Gladys Rieger. He attended Liberty High School and lived in Ohio until 1970, when he moved to Florida. Richard worked at the Publix warehouse until his retirement.
He is survived by his brother, Charles Rieger, of Pine Island, Florida, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Richard was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Susan, with whom he shared over 40 years of marriage. He was also preceded in death by his parents, his sister Shirley Rieger, and his sister-in-law Patty Rieger.
He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
