Roger Hinton was born in Milford Delaware to William G. Hinton and Margaret Hinton on January 1, 1952. Roger is an Army and Navy Veteran whose interests were Bible study, martial arts, and aerobics. His favorite pet was bulldogs.
He was a Deacon at First National Church for over 20 years and attended Agape Worship Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He worked as an electrician for Broward County for over 30 years and retired in 2016.
Roger is survived by his wife Mary Jane Hinton; children Aaron Adams (Terrelle Goslee-Adams), Seterarria Knapp (Arthur Knapp), Danny Essix, and Cedric Hinton; sisters Doris Auburn, Portia Brown (Bobby Brown), Barbara Snowden (Jerome Snowden); brothers William Hinton Jr, Wilbert Hinton, and Anthony Hinton; a host of grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
