William C. Chick II

CHICK, William "Bill" Coville, 85, died Tuesday, October 4th, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Bill moved from Malden, MA to Pompano Beach, FL in 1949 where he attended Pompano Beach High School and was a member of the "BeanPicker" class of 1950. The following year he married Barbara Pridemore and started a family. He was a Jack of all trades, a musician and a lover of many things. He loved his Family, music, golf, cutting trees, driving his big truck and the water. Together with their 5 children they enjoyed the beach, horses, sports and vacations together. They spent summers in Tn at their lake house fishing, skiing and camping. Bill was a great man who loved his family. He was loved by so many and he will be greatly missed! Bill is survived by his wife Barbara Chick; Children: Roc, Russ and Stacy; Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many other loved ones. Preceded in death by his beloved sons: William C. Chick lll and Jay Mike Chick. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 21st from 1-2pm at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2pm, also at the funeral home with interment to follow in Pompano Beach Cemetery.
