Louise Tucker

Vera Louise Tucker, age 92, died Monday, March 25, 2013 at Graceland Care Center of Pontotoc, MS and was retired from Belden Wire Manufacturing. She was a member of the Bethlehem Homemaker’s Club and the Forever Young Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Rev. Don McCutchen and Rev. Tim Tucker officiating; burial will be in West Heights Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her sister-in-law: Minnie Tucker; her niece: Yolanda Tucker –Hall (Bobby) of New Albany, MS; four nephews: Joe Tucker (Beverly), Mark Tucker (Sherry Phillips), Tim Tucker (Lorena) and Eric Tucker (Anna), all of Pontotoc, MS; thirteen great nieces and nephews and nineteen great-great nieces and nephews and one great-great-great nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Elbert B. Tucker and Annie Mae Waldo Tucker; her sister: Hazel Sullivan, brother: William Baxter Tucker and one great-nephew: Lance Cpl. Marc Lucas Tucker.

Pallbearers will be: Tim Tucker, Joe Tucker, Mark Tucker, Eric Tucker, Travis Jenkins and Ray Voyles.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 PM Tuesday and from 12 to 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
