Timothy Ray Caldwell, age 70, affectionately known as “Mr. Clean” and “The Legend” to his family and friends. Tim was born on September 25, 1955, to Tracy and Sara Grace Lakey Caldwell. He was a truck driver and drove for McGregor and Sons Trucking. Tim attended Greatest Mission Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his family, especially Alicia and his dog “Westbrook”, fishing, and attending church services.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 2 to 3 P.M. at Greatest Mission Baptist Church, and a memorial service will follow on Saturday, April 18, 2024, at 3:00 P.M., at Greatest Mission Baptist Church in Pontotoc, with Rev. Steve Parrish and Rev. Will Busby officiating. Browning Funeral Home in Pontotoc is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Alicia Brewer Caldwell, two stepsons, Corey Ott, Cameron Ott (Amber), two sisters, Lisa Caldwell and Tracie Caldwell, two nieces, Kelly Swinford (Dusty) and Lyndsy Alsip (James), two great-grandchildren, Noah Morgan Webb and R.J. Alsip.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
