Barbara Seal

Barbara was born September 23, 1944 in Picayune, Mississippi to Ruby Louise Lotour Starks and Charles Starks.

Barbara is survived by; daughter Cindy Sanford; daughter Sandra Andrews; and daughter Stacy Farr; twelve Grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Allen Seal; daughter Charlie Keene and son Jack Keene.

Private services will be held at a later date.
