Doris Sue Haden Boone

She was a homemaker and a member of Serenity Baptist Church.

Doris is preceded in death by her parents, Elias Seal Haden and Dolly Barnett Haden; her husband, Benjamin Phillip Boone; one granddaughter, Haley Brianna Ladner; five siblings, Brian Haden, Bobby Haden, Olivia Cochran, Jewel Grace Muzyka, and Ouida Jarrell.

Family members include her five children, Teresa Boone (Julius) Miller, Trudy Boone (Marion) Jones, Carolyn Boone (Joe) Nelson, Phillip Timothy (Cindy) Boone, Naomi Boone (Kerman) Ladner; grandchildren, William Miller, Oundria Jones, Jennifer Nelson, Joseph Nelson, Brittany Alexander, Emily Boone, Cody Ladner; a host of great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two siblings, Erma Jean Brinks and Barnett Haden.

Funeral services will be held at Red Hill Missionary Baptist (22 Stone County Road, Lumberton, MS, 39455) on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in East Pearl Cemetery. The family will receive friends and have visitation one hour prior to the service, Monday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Nelson, Cody Ladner, Garrett Seal, Nicholas Seal, Timmy Alexander, and Ray Boone. Honorary pallbearers will be Dawson Ahlers and Hudson Alexander.
