Jeffrey Alan Carter Sr.

Mr. Carter was born February 21, 1951 in Santa Barbara, California to Lawrence Carter and Jean Guraino Carter. He was an mechanic by trade and a Veteran of the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Sue Gowans; and one brother, Mike Carter.

Family members include three children, Jeffrey Carter, Jr., Allen Carter, Bert Carter; brother, Steven (Rachel) Wade; sister, Carol Cazabon; one nephew, Joshua Carter; one sister-in-law, Kelly Carter; stepmother, Marion Carter; and his longtime companion Sue Marchetta.

Funeral services will be at White Funeral Home, Poplarville on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:00 am. Brother John Stevens will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 2:30 pm. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
