Katie Smith Bilbo

Mrs. Bilbo was born March 3, 1926, a daughter of William Oliver and Annie Marie Cole Smith. She was a retired seamstress with Movie Star, Inc. and a member of First United Pentecostal Church of Poplarville, where she taught Sunday School for many years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, James R. Thompson; her second husband, Cecil Bilbo; one son, Michael Stephen Thompson; five siblings, William A. Smith, Lucille Bilbo, Mary White, Clyde Smith, Geraldine Smith.

Family members two children, James G. Thomspon, Patricia (Laurn) Smith; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held in Baxterville Cemetery (5600 Highway 13, Lumberton, MS, 39455) on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 2pm.
