Ronald Lynn Smith Sr. of Poplarville, Mississippi departed this life into God’s presence on Monday, November 6, 2023, at the age of 80. He was born to Ulyess (UA) and Mattie Lee Smith on October 24, 1943. After completing high school, Ronald went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University in Animal Husbandry. He was a lifelong farmer and resident of Poplarville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ulyess (UA) and Mattie Lee Smith and his daughter, Melysa Smith.

Left to forever cherish his memory are his children, Ronald Lynn Smith Jr. (Allyson) and Becky Smith Alley (Bart).
