Mrs. Butler is preceded in death by her parents, Ocon and Eddie Lewis Culpepper; her husband, Robert Hughes Butler; four brothers, Joe Earl Culpepper, O.C. Culpepper, J.C. Culpepper, Charles Culpepper; two sisters, Marie Smith and Mildred Sampson.
Survivors include one daughter, Violet Butler; one son, Bobby Joe McGinnis, Sr, both of Poplarville; three brothers, William Culpepper of Lucedale, Frank Culpepper of Lafite, LA, Bobby Ray Culpepper of Picayune; two sisters, Jeanette Trent of Ward, AR, Gertrude Brooks of Slidell, LA; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12:00 pm, Monday, February 24, 2014 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
