Terrell Harrison, of Jackson, MS, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Brookdale Assisted Living after a battle with Alzheimer’s. Terrell was raised by his grandparents in the Mississippi Delta. He was a proud member of the United States Marines. He was a helicopter pilot who served in Vietnam. After he served in the Marines he became a nursing home administrator and was over numerous facilities. He loved the mountains. Anytime he had free time he loved traveling to Arkansas or Tennessee and just driving the scenic routes. He loved bluegrass and classic country, along with sonic grilled cheese and a chocolate milk shake!
He is survived by two step sons, Jason(Kandice) Kelly of Poplarville and Jonathon (Danielle) Kelly of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by three grand girls Avery, Adalyn and Della Kelly.
Terrell is preceded in death by his wife Rene Harrison. And his beloved dog, Tiger.
Family and friends are invited to attend Terrell's visitation on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, Mississippi. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial to follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Poplarville, Mississippi.
