Passed away in the West Coast General Hospital in Port Alberni, on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 59 years of age.
A loving husband, father and papa, he is survived by his loving wife, Dena; daughters Vicki and Brandy and grandchildren Hannah, Cameron and Isabel. He will be cherished and missed by all who knew him. You were taken away too soon and you will be forever in our hearts.
