She was survived by: her mother Laurie Brooks; Father Bruce Marcellus; Sisters Brooke Norfolk and Jessica Oconner; and uncles Dennis Brooks and Steve Poustie.
Chelsea was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend. She had an extraordinary relationship with her sisters, almost like they were one. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up a room. Chelsea loved family game nights, sitting outside and going to the lake. She also enjoyed camping, sitting by the camp fire, and laughing with friends and family.
She will live in our hearts forever.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
