Born in Rossland, BC, Corinne later made her home in Port Alberni, BC, where she built a life centered around family, kindness, and caring for others. She spent 30 dedicated years working as a Homemaker for the Community Home Support Association, always giving her time and heart to those around her.
Corrine was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Florence Pritchard, and by her sister, Marilyn Riley.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Bonnie Pritchard; her children, Carl, Mark, Rhonda, and Shannon; her cherished grandchildren, Danielle, Ryan, Ashley, Jordon, Luke, Blake, and Branden; and her adored great grandchildren, Logan, Caleb, Madeline, Eloise, baby Bennett, and King Henry.
Oma was a kind, loving and selfless woman who welcomed everyone into her home with open arms. No one ever left hungry. She was known for her wonderful home-cooked meals and for feeding not only her family, but often the entire neighbourhood. Her home was always filled with children, laughter, and warmth - exactly the way she liked it.
She was a tireless worker who spent countless late nights mending socks, sewing curtains, preparing lunches, and making sure everyone around her was cared for. Her love was shown through the quiet things she did every single day, and the impact of that love will remain with her family forever.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
