As a proud Nova Scotian, Donna moved to Port Alberni, Vancouver Island, when she was 16 years old to join her family. A year later she met her future husband, Doug Cheetham, and a year later they were wed. She married at the age of 18 and had her children at 20 and 22 years old.
Shortly after having their 2nd child they moved their family to Edmonton, Alberta, for nearly 5 years when they returned to Port Alberni. She opened her home and heart to everyone she encountered and she always knew how to add that special little touch with something handmade. She was especially known for her cards. She never missed an opportunity to give someone a special card, made with Love by Donna.
Donna loved her social time. She loved to travel, she loved her karaoke parties, singing with her sisters, folk song circle, right down to weekly cards with her sisters.
Most of all Donna loved her family. She treasured every minute she had with her sisters and brother, her grandchildren, her children and of course Brewser but most of all, Doug her husband of almost 48 years.
Predeceased by her father Douglas Noiles and mother Darlene Noiles.
Survived by her husband Doug Cheetham; children Mary Ann Chetham and Dan Cheetham; sisters Mary Ann Maddison (Ray) Louise Berlinsky (Art) Grace Cowan (Lawrence) Colleen Brroks (Craig) brother Doug Noiles (Glenda); 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
