It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, wife, mother, nana, great nana, aunt and friend on July 24th, 2026, following a brief illness. Hazel passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 15, 2026 at 6687 Hills Road in Port Alberni at 1PM. Service followed by reception with food and refreshments.
