Joanne passed away peacefully surrounded by the ones who loved her the most. Joanne touched many lives with her hard work and kindness for many years as a MOA in Victoria. She was an avid gardener and will be remembered for her handmade crafts that she gifted to friends and family. Joanne’s family would like to thank the amazing caregivers at Westcoast General Hospital in Port Alberni.

Survived by: Daughters Dawn Miller, Keri Miller (Dave Turner), Kelly Hine (Roman). Sisters Elsa Ovens (John), Doreen Stinson (Steve) and brother Bill (Donna). Nieces Erin, Shelly, Lana and nephew John, and her cat Suzi.
