Josephine Denys Holborn

Her life was blessed with 6 grandchildren: Vince Nickel (Doril), Todd Rooker, Rochelle Hannon, Amber Danlock, Daevine Danyluck, and Chad Danyluck (Yvonne); 8 great grandchildren: Jorden, Jason and Joshua Nickel, Brenna, Casandra, Nathan and Jocelyn Hannon and Nicholas Rooker; 1 great great granddaughter Serena. Dale Rooker, Audie Danyluk and Steven Hannon were also part of her life.

Josephine was born in Buchanan, Saskatchewan into a family of 11. She is survived by her sister, Sylvia Dennis of Vernon and brother Peter Dennis of Edmonton and numerous nieces and nephews.

Beautiful memories will keep her close to us forever. She lives in the hearts of those she touched through her gentle, kind, loving cheerful ways. She was an artist in her own way, creating beautiful quilts and pillows and crocheted tablecloths. She enjoyed drawing and collecting newspaper articles of interest to her. Singing, playing musical instruments were also talents she possessed.

She loved being outdoors in her garden and walking her female cat, Charlie.

We hold you deep in our hearts because you are our Mother and a true friend. You have lit a candle within our souls to be who we are.

We love you forever, Mom!.
