Marie left this world the same way she lived in it: speaking her mind, making people laugh, and doing things strictly on her own terms. She had no interest in playing it safe or worrying about what was considered "polite" conversation.
She appreciated sharp wit and jokes that were just scandalous enough to make the room blush. Right down to the end, she had everyone around her cracking up, proving that a sharp sense of humor and a strong backbone are the best things a person can carry.
Marie was predeceased by her husband, Karl, her oldest daughter, Jasmine, and her son, Warren. She leaves behind her two daughters, Roxanne and Christine, who will carry on her legacy of strength, sharp wit, and zero filter.
Per her unspoken rules, there will be no weeping, no solemn whispering, and absolutely no boring speeches allowed. If you want to honor her memory, tell a story that makes someone snort, share a joke that’s slightly inappropriate and remember a woman who lived without apologies.
