It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norman Richard Lowe on July 31, 2026, at the age of 86.
Norman will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Gwen Lowe; his children, Ian (Amanda) and Lindsay (Jill); his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and by all who knew and loved him. He was predeceased by his beloved son, Cameron, whom he missed dearly.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the compassionate staff at West Coast General Hospital for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they provided during Norman’s final days.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
