A warrior in her brief but very courageous fight against M.D.S. We acknowledge Sarah's passing. Although very heavy in heart we are also jubilant in spirit as we know her journey here is done but her adventure in glory has only begun.
A vibrant young woman who was always unique in following her own path. She had overcome many obstacles in her 30 years. Forever strong in her faith would light up a room. Sarah always spoke her mind, fought hard, was gentle, passionate, generous and had that infectious laugh.
Sarah was predeceased by: two sets of grandparents, aunties, uncle, sister and cousin.
Sarah was survived by: her parents Ron and Tammy Werner, sister Nadine and family, brother Kris and family, sister Ali and family, sister Ash and family, twin brother Cody and family. Also aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00am, Friday, July 7, - Grace Point Ministry, 3031 - 4th Ave
Port Alberni, BC with Pastor Rory officiating. Private burial to take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Josephine St, Port Alberni, BC.
