Scott was born February 29th,1960 in Vancouver.
Scott was predeceased by his parents Jackie and Bill and his beloved son John.
Scott is survived by his daughter Amanda. His twin Shelley Bird and his better looking younger sister Laurie Blackhall.
Scott will be missed by his special friend Denise her family, as well as many close friends.
