Diane was born May 3, 1930, in Pittsburg, PA and moved to Phoenix AZ in 1958. She worked at the Phoenix Art Museum for 10 years and formed the Phoenix chapter of the Angel Collector's Club of America. She moved to Erie, PA in 1992 where she formed an Erie chapter of the angel club and opened the Eriesistible House of Angels, the first angel museum in the U.S. Due to health issues, Diane moved to Englewood, FL in 2003 to be with her daughter.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn Simcheck of Englewood, FL and Frank Simcheck of Gillette, Wyoming; grandsons, Colten and Austin Simcheck of Wyoming; sister, Christine Scarinzi of Naples, FL and a beloved extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30p Tuesday, May 15th at Lemon Bay Funeral Home and Cremation Services,2 Buchans Landing, Englewood, FL 34223. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The United Methodist Memorial Fund. You may express your condolences to the family at, www.lemonbayfh.com
