Jeffrey A. Moore, 47 of Punta Gorda, FL died May 12, 2007 in Gulfport, MS. He was born November 5, 1959 in Cleveland, OH. He worked as a Pool Technician and a Welder.
He is survived by his sons, Tony and Jeffrey, both of North Port; daughters Jessica and Dana, both of Cleveland, OH; mother, Naomi Moore of Punta Gorda, brother, Charles Moore of Cleveland, OH and sister, Tracey Moore of Punta Gorda.
A Graveside Service with military honors will be held today, Friday, May 18, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Indian Springs Cemetery in Punta Gorda.
