

John S. Nagy, 66, of Lake Suzy, FL, passed away November 30, 2012. He was born March 17, 1946 in Fayette County, PA to James and Irene Nagy. He was a graduate of Kent State University in Ohio and worked for over 31 years as a Tool & Die Maker with the Delphi Packard Electric Division of General Motors in Warren, Ohio. He and his wife moved to this area in 1998.
John was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Order of the Eastern Star He was a parishioner of Burnt Store Presbyterian Church in Punta Gorda. As a Corvette enthusiast and owner, John was a charter member of the Venice Corvette Club. He also enjoyed playing golf and was a football and Nascar fan.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Anita Nagy of Lake Suzy, FL; children, Jill (Brian) Tominey; Jay Nagy; Jennifer (Thomas, Jr) Nagy-Dively; Janelle (John) Henlen; step-sons, Randall Wallace, Christopher (Holli) Wallace; 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, December, 07, 2012 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 with the Rev Tim Stewart officiating.
