Joseph C. Bouchard 74 of Port Charlotte passed away Tuesday October 27, 2009.
He was born June 16, 1935 in Tewksbury and came to this area in 1996 from North Smithfield, Rhode Island. He was retired from the Army National Guard and Civil Service.
He is survived by sons, Gary Kim of Warrick, RI, Gregory and Michael both of Port Charlotte, Florida, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
