MARTIN "JOE" FERGUSON, 85 of Englewood, died November 4, 2014. He was born on November 3, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY and came to this area in 1989 from Sayville, L.I.,NY. He worked as a Foreman with the Long Island Lighting Company. He was a member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Englewood and the Englewood Elks, Lodge #2378 and was a past board member of Pelican Landing Condo Association. He was a veteran of WWII and Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; three daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Bruno, Sharon (Leonard) Grimando and Irene (Robert) Viti; brother and sister in law, Robert & Grace Hagan and five grandchildren, Katie Bruno Williams, Jenna Bruno, Colin, Matthew and Adrianna Viti.
