Mert (Muriel Joan) Molskness Craig passed away at her home in Port Charlotte, Florida on October 1st, 2023. She was born to Maynard and Madeline Molskenss on November 30, 1944 in Thief River Falls,Minnesota. She is survived by her husband Fred and four step children, Nick (Valerie) Craig, Krystal Craig, Stephanie (Jeff) Ruesch, and Sonya Sprague . Her siblings, Les (Marge) Molskness, Peggy Mostad, Larry (Sharyn) Molskness Tom (Barb) Molskness, several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Three step family, Forrest and Donnavon Anderson and Faye Dudas. She was a 1962 graduate from Lincoln HS in Thief River Falls, MN.
Mert earned an associates degree and worked as a paralegal for the majority of her career. During retirement, Mert enjoyed golfing and socializing with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Maynard and Madeline Molskness.
Internment will be at the Gulf Pines Memorial Park in Englewood, Fl.
As per Mert's request there will be no services or memorials.
