A gathering of family and friends for Parker will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Kays Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL. Following the gathering of family and friends will be a burial at 4:00 PM at Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2401 Englewood Rd, Englewood, FL.
