Ruth Patricia Holt, 94, of Port Charlotte, FL died March 27, 2009. She was born March 17, 1915 in Kalkaska, MI and moved to this area in 1974 from Davison, MI. She was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She enjoyed bowling, and had played on several leagues at the Port Charlotte Bowlarama. She liked to ballroom dance with friends at the Port Charlotte Elks Lodge and was a huge Atlanta Braves fan.
She is survived by son, Perry Holt of Pt Charlotte, FL; grandchildren, Neil Lorenda Price of Pt Charlotte, FL and Shawna Dan Hansen of Lapeer, MI; great grandchildren, Cody & Naomi Price. She was pre-deceased by her husband Harold Holt in 1977 and her daughter, Pat Holt in 1998
The visitation will be from 10:00 am till 11:00 am Wednesday April 1, 2009 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 2405 Harbor Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
