David Binder

David Binder passed away August 23, 2022, at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody BC after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his first wife Ella Binder, their two children Arlene (Roland) Poehlke and Rod (Liane) Binder, along with six grandchildren and their spouses and five great grandchildren. He is also survived by his second wife Lynn Martin, her children Donna (Yin) Lew, David (Helen) Evans, Laura Evans and their respective children.

Dave passed away peacefully supported by his third wife Anne Crozier and her children Tony Crozier, Dawn King, and their respective children.

Dave Binder was born August 6, 1936, in Swan River, Manitoba. He was the youngest son to Henry & Katerina Binder. He is predeceased by his parents, his two older brothers Henry (Beulah) Binder and John Binder. He is survived by his sister-in-law Barbara Binder and many nieces, nephews, and their respective families.

Dave’s faith in God was confident during his last days and we rest in that knowledge knowing he is in heaven, and we will one day be reunited.

He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, his former business partners and his Rotary brothers and sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 27th at 1:00 pm at First Memorial Burkeview Chapel with a reception to follow.
