Nicola Tullan

TULLAN, Nicola - Beloved partner of Doug Snippa; very proud mother of Joshua Tullan-Clarke (Bill) and Dominick Faustino (John); cherished daughter of Nick and Margaret Tullan; beautiful sissy and best friend of Krista Tullan and her husband, Peter Briglio. Nicola was born September 6, 1978 and passed away after a short, bravely fought battle with cancer on September 25, 2015. At the time, she was surrounded in love by her Mum and Dad, her sweetheart Doug, sissy Krista, son Joshua, son Dominick who was there in spirit, Peter, Auntie Wynn, Auntie Ann, Uncle Neil, Jillian and cousin Fiona. Predeceased by her great-grandparents in Scotland. Nicola will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, her big, blue eyes and infectious laugh, loved by all. Nicola was proud to work for the City of New Westminster. She immensely enjoyed her job and the people with whom she worked. Nicola started her career at Alderwoods (Loewen Group) in 1998. The family would like to thank the staff at Abbotsford Cancer Clinic including Dr. Jim Rose and Dr. Joshi along with the radiation technicians and RNs who treated Nicola and the family with compassion, respect and dignity. Thank you also to the many friends who travelled afar to visit Nicola during her last days in hospital. Survived by many family members in Scotland. There will be a Celebration of Life at First Memorial Funeral Services Burkeview Chapel, 1340 Dominion Ave, Port Coquitlam, B.C. V3B 8G7 on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. No flowers, by request.
