It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Harlie (Harley) Wise on July 20, 2026 at the age of 87, after a brief illness.
Harley will be lovingly remembered by his family; Bruce, Leslie. Peter, and Keith; Andrea and Aaron, Ilsa and Tyler, Mikayla and Brynn, plus numerous friends.
Harley was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Mildred; and his siblings, Douglas, Ernie and Marilyn.
A Celebration of Life took place on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at his home.
Memorial donations in Harley’s name may be made to the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation.
