2 years it has been since we lost you! Words cannot express what you meant to so many people. For myself you have forever changed the person i am. At the end of most days we would vent to each other about what ever it was that day that challenged our patience and when we were done our rants Scotty would say to me “ no bad days Chang” lol and I would reply with “no bad days Mitchell”. I can still here your deep voice that was filled with genuine love and care, I learnt so much about life from you it’s honestly safe to say more than i did from my dad or any other man in my life. He knew i had my flaws and he saw the best in me despite them and accepted me as his own and in turn I truly tried to be a better person. You have touched so many peoples lives in a way that words can’t express, the world in my eyes and im sure many others is still a better place because of you Scotty. My heart goes out to everybody that knew you today as we mourn on your 2 years. It’s taken me until now to write this and i feel as if this is not significant enough to explain how truly amazing you really are! Kyle, Kaitlin, and Gail i am thinking of you always, especially today.

What can I say?  Scott was a one of kind true gentleman.  He loved his family and his job was his passion.  I have known him for over 15 years and he always treated me like family.  A great guy to talk to and his voice was the nicest ever.  Biggest teddy bear out there! 
I will always remember "okay Andy-man, I wanna add some irrigation over there, and what about these trees here, oh wait, The wife want's this done here and there too, what can you do for me?"  Never hesitated to help My friend and his family out.  I will miss you Scott....  My Deepest condolences to Gail and the kids and the rest of the Mitchell Family.  

Scott Mitchell was a friend that I had the privilege to have know for the past 25yrs.
He was always there to help you out of a pinch and  have an ear to bounce ideas to. He was a leader and teacher to many in the construction/excavation industry.
Scott was a one of a kind and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of calling him a friend.

To Bev, Mike and Don, and the rest of the Mitchell crew, I am very sorry to hear about Scott .  I was at Green Lake when my mom called to tell me.  It was a fitting place to take the call, as that's where most of my great memories with Scott are.  I hadn't seen Scott in a few years but think of him whenever i'm up there.  My favourite memory was either the potato fight with a bunch of the kids in your yard (that root cellar had years worth of potatoes before we got in there), riding the lawn mower tractor up and down the driveway with about 4 guys on it, or the night i threw up on your floor up there after his buddies convinced me to have a couple smokes (Never smoked again!).  I will always have fond memories of Scott.  My thoughts are with you guys.  The rest of the Bougie family also sends their love.  Russ Bougie

Scott worked for many years with  myself and our crews for many years.  He was a true professional on and off the machines. if you needed a special piece of equipment to get the job done. Scott  would go and get it  no  questions asked. . Everyone who worked with and for Scott had nothing but respect and admiration for him... He will be sadly missed. RIP my friend. you may be gone but will never be forgotten

Scott Mitchell was a leader, well respected, everybody's best friend, extremely talented with excavation and landscaping.  He was krasmatic, articulate and most importantly he loved and always put family first.
I want to thank Scott for everything he gave us.
He gave us one hell of a good friend, like no other, taught us so much.
We miss his voice, his advice, his presence, we miss him to this day.
We love you Mr. Scott Mitchell, we will remember you forever, Rest in Peace our best friend.

We were neighbors of Scott on Patrick road and benefited from his excellent landscaping of our property and improvement of our road. We enjoyed working with him. He had a wonderful kind-hearted personality and was a proud family man. We are so very sad to learn of his passing. 

Scott was an amazing kind hearted soul. I am so sad to hear of his passing. I know his genuine kind heart and the kindnesses he gifted while here will never be forgotten. Rest Peacefully in Gods Garden my friend. I know you are in a great place of love and peace, for your spirit has always shined so bright.
