

Judith J. "Dolly Domestic" (Jackson) Winckler passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025, at the age of 83, with her son Edward, daughter-in-law Melanie and friend Jeanne by her side. She was born on December 10, 1941, to the late Herbert & Lenora Jackson in Buffalo, NY. She was predeceased by her husbands Donnie Clayson, Carlton Hilbert, and Donal Winckler, and her siblings Jeff Jackson and Gail Jackson.
She is survived by her children Lynne Baker and Edward & Melanie Hilbert, Sr.; stepchildren Nancy Winckler-Zuniga, David Winckler, and Lynn Sarver; her grandchildren, Luthien Baker, Edward "EJ" Hilbert, Jr. & his fiancé Emily Holmes, Christopher Hilbert, and Stephanie Bennett, along with many step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, will cherish her memory. She is also survived by her cousin Gerald Jackson & his wife Betty and dear friends Jeanne & Rick Grover, as well as her beloved cats, Ping & Pippen.
Judith received her master's degree from Binghamton University and graduated with honors. She dedicated her career to teaching as a 2nd-grade teacher and was an infant and toddler specialist for Cornell Cooperative Extension. After retiring in Florida, she spent her last few years in Candor, NY. She was a hard-working individual who was full of life. She had a love for the outdoors and gardening, and she was generous to many charities. Dolly Domestic was known for planning for her future, leaving a legacy of thoughtfulness and care.
A Celebration of Judith's Life will be held at a later date. She will be laid to rest in the Oakwood Cemetery, Nunda, NY.
