Marion Alberta Kniffen

Marion A. Kniffen, peacefully passed away on February 3, 2024, and is now with the Lord and her loving husband, Robert. She leaves behind her son Thomas J. Kniffen of Vestal, New York; daughter, Judy (Kniffen) Vazquez; and son-in-law, Juan Vazquez of Northampton, Massachusetts; and grandsons, Todd J. Kniffen, Great-Grandson Dalton and daughter-in-law Elsa of Farmington, Connecticut, and Kyle Kniffen and daughter-in-law Madeline of Larchmont, New York. Marion is predeceased by parents, Mae Shope and John Goodwin, as well as father Joseph Livsey; sisters, Dorothy LaQuaglia and Mildred Griffin; nephews and nieces Dr. Michael LaQuaglia; his wife Joanne, Gerald Griffin; Diane; James and Mary Teresa Griffin. Marion also leaves very special friends from Vestal, particularly Country Club Road. Marion was a graduate of Binghamton North High School; she was an angelic Mother and Grandmother. Marion's greatest joy came from family, young children and pets (Sophia, Tom's Pug and Judy's Lab, Obie). Marion will be remembered for her unconditional loyalty and support of others. A memorial service will be held at Foundation Church, 3505 Vestal Pkwy East, Vestal, NY on March 16, 2024, at 10:30. Please make donations in Marion's name to the charity of your choice.
