

Michael G. Restino passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. He was predeceased by his brothers Joseph and Carmine Restino; mother and father, John and Santella Restino; sister, Janet Corbisello; great granddaughter, Caroline Restino. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dorothy (Dishy) Restino, Binghamton; son, Michael (Eileen) Restino, Binghamton; daughter, Barbara (Steve) Musok, Binghamton; four grandchildren, Joseph (Terry) Restino, VA; Michael (Gretchen) Restino, PA; Stephen Musok, Binghamton; Jonathan (Jennifer) Musok, Binghamton; five great grandchildren, Christopher, Katie, Michael, Jack and Harrison Restino; sister, Carmela Ocker; sister-in-law, Caroline Restino; many nieces and nephews. He was an Army veteran in WW II serving 3 years in the Pacific and was discharged with the rank of Captain. He was a member of the American Legion Post 80 and St. Vincent de Paul Church. Mike worked his whole career for N.R. Corbisello, Inc. for over 60 years, and retired as co-owner and President. He was an avid sports fan. Mike was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend and will be missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in St. Vincent de Paul Church. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by the James V. DeMarco & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY
