Muriel V. Leiser, of Binghamton, 94, went to be with her Lord on Friday, January 18, 2013 from Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Muriel was predeceased by her husband, John H. Leiser, and her first husband, Clayton H. Day. She is survived by her loving family: Richard C. & Sachiko Day of Charlotte, NC, Dorothy L. Day Briggs of Binghamton, Donald R. & Sylvia Day of Fulton, NY; grandchildren, Peggy & Peter, David & Anne, Stephen & Tyra, Virginia, Jennifer & Tim, Christopher, Fay Lynn, Esther & Todd, Donald & Shannon; also 11 great grandchildren. Muriel was employed with several local retail outlets, and was a lisenced private investigator. Mostly Muriel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be dearly missed by many. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home 737 Chenango St. Port Dickinson, NY 13901. Entombment will be in the Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of her family.
