He is survived by his sons John & Lea Fry and Donald Fry & Patty; grandchildren Christine, Jeffrey, Joshua, Tasha, Roxanne & Donald, Jr. and several great grandchildren.
Phillip was a truck driver for the City of Binghamton, after his retirement he enjoyed woodworking and his train collection. He also enjoyed his South Tier Horseshoe League. Phillip was a longtime member of the Glen Castle United Methodist Church.
A Graveside service will be held in the Chenango Valley Cemetery, Town of Fenton, NY at the convenience of the family.
